This is an initial training course for VSB mentors. It combines self-preparation with online live sessions led by experts. Mentors will get theoretical knowledge about effective training methods, feedback, session planning and management; and will receive practical guidelines how to enhance their leadership, communication and facilitation skills.
After successfully completing the course, mentors will take the role of trainers and deliver the MOBI "Starting a Business" course to people who want to set up their own business.
