    VSB Mentor Training

    This is an initial training course for VSB mentors. It combines self-preparation with online live sessions led by experts. Mentors will get theoretical knowledge about effective training methods, feedback, session planning and management; and will receive practical guidelines how to enhance their leadership, communication and facilitation skills. 

    After successfully completing the course, mentors will take the role of trainers and deliver the MOBI "Starting a Business" course to people who want to set up their own business.

    The popular original course is designed for the entrepreneur who wants to start a business. Our 8 sessions cover the most important topics that are clearly explained with emphasis on learning how to write a business plan.
